Great Service and Great Prices
I ordered some sensor cleaning products on Wednesday night and they arrived at lunchtime on Friday. Used the Sensor swab type 2 and Ecilpse cleaning liqiud on my Canon 350D and it worked beautifully. Cleaning a fair bit of dust of the sensor without a mark. Thanks for the great service.
Quick and Great Service
Well, I searching everywhere for the cheapest price. The rest of the online store carry no stock which item need to send from oversea that the freight charges cost is expensive.Camera Direct is different story. They don't charge you shipping from oversea and thier price is the lowest i can find.Beside the lowest price i also consider customer services. Thier customer service is the best especially the "Online Live Chat" which make it earsier for everyone to ask a question and get a reply "Live".I received the item from them less than a week. Other online shop charges you 2-3% on credit card purchases but Camera Direct don't charge anything extra by using credit card. Lastly, All i can say is that They are the Best both in price and services.

I have just made my first purchase (a Nikon lens) through Cameras Direct and have had a great experience. The lens I wanted was not in stock but I was assured I would have it prior to going on holidays. It arrived well in time and in perfect condition. I looked at the D80 in the camera store, but they were asking too much. I then considered importing it myself from Hong Kong or the US, but there would have been no warranty and an expensive shipping and customs charge.Finally, I stumbled on Camerasdirect and found that they have good prices, good service and an international warranty.Dave Kelly, Canberra.

I have to commend Mark and his team on their professional manner and advice, given by people who are obviously "passionate" about photography. If you need camera gear at a very competitive price and you want to discuss your needs with someone who knows what they are talking about, you will not find anyone better in the Australian Photographic Market. Just wanted to say thankyou to Mark & Aaron for the smooth transaction & genuine service I received. For this reason I highly recommend them as a safe Online Trader. I was reasonably hesitant to part with over 5K on gear but with the savings here I have been able to purchase another lense. Contacted a major photographic supplier here in Perth & when I mentioned Cameras Direct they outright told me they won't be able to compete with the price...Already having a reputation with the local market helped with making decision to purchase online for me. Just bought a Canon 40D "enthusiasts kit". Very much appreciated being told that it was out of stock and would be sent on the day more stock arrived. As it turned out the camera was shipped earlier than expected and, because of their prompt e-mail advice to that effect, I was able to pick it up directly from the courier. Great service.
