Each trigger is a powered by 2x AAA batteries, and each trigger is a receiver and transmitter, so you don't need to muck around making sure you've got the right bit on the camera and flash!

Get your camera to talk to your flash - Cactus Wireless Trigger V5 Single Review by Susan (Staff)
Ease of Use

Such a great trigger solution the Cactus V5. So easy to use.

When you don't want to get bogged down with technical jargon and having to read manuals, Google how to's, FORGET all that!! It really is EASY TO USE :)

* You will need 2x V5's.
* Put both of the on the same channel (example Channel 1)
* Set 1 V5 to Transmit, put it on the Hotshoe of your DSLR.
* Set the other V5 to Receive and attach it to your flash with the plug or the Hotshoe attachment.
* If the batteries are all good, you'll be shooting

Photographers have enough to deal with on a shoot, organising models, assistants, locations, sticky beaks, posing , directing.. the list goes on.
The V5 makes triggering a breeze, leaving you more time to deal with the rest.

Ease of Use

A simply easy way to create off camera flash without a messy cord etc. I have used these Cactus V5's on location with a speedlight (one on the hot shoe of camera, the other connects under flash) and also in studio plugged into the studio lights. They are not expensive and I have had no problem with them.
