Lowepro backpacks have evolved over the years. The Lowepro Fastpack BP 250 AW II (larger than the baby sister the Lowepro Fastpack BP 150 AW II) meets the needs of the day tripper photographer that wish to carry and protect their camera gear and also carry the days supplies of say food / water / clothing with them as well.

The Lowepro Fastpack BP 250 AW (AW for all weather which is really just a rain coat) has two compartments. Camera gear at the bottom with moveable velcro spacers and at the top the area for other bits and pieces.
