Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens - Sony E Mount

So why the massive interest in this Sigma 16mm Lens? Well let's start with the price. At around $600 and sporting a super fast f/1.4 aperture on a wide angle lens. Ok so that is 3 things but hey, whatever right. Add to this the much improved "Contemporary" lens build quality and factoring in the weather protection this lens is going to continue to sell off the shelf. Note that the Sigma 16mm on your Sony camera is equal to 24mm on a full frame camera. This in my way of thinking is a great street / travel / night photography lens. Very impressed.
