We had a customer with a dead battery that had not been used for months. Update from the distributor. "We have managed to recover your clients battery. There is no fault with the charger. Please ensure the user charges their battery straight away once it has been depleted. The reason for the battery failing is when it is left in a discharged state and not charged up again as soon as possible after it has been depleted."
Please note that the factory test fires the globe as part of their QA process. You will see some blacking. This is normal.
