Tamron 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 VC PZD Lens for Nikon

Chris Frost is a well known photographic reviewer. We happily put you in his hands as he reviews the Tamron 18-270mm PZD lens.

Tamron lens for Nikon DSLR cameras.

The Tamron AF 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di-II VC LD PZD Lens is a very versatile lens with a 15x 18-270mm focal range (equivalent focal range of approx. 27-405mm when used on a Nikon DX format DSLR camera) and Tamron's Vibration Compensation (VC) system for sharp hand-held shots.

This new PZD version of the lens includes Tamron's Piezo Drive autofocus motor for fast and near silent autofocus and resulted in a smaller lighter overall lens design.

With such a wide focal range this lens can be used landscape, portrait, sports photography and also makes a excellent choice as a single travel lens.

Note: Tamron Di-II lenses are designed specifically for use with crop sensor APS-C digital SLR cameras.

This item comes with a 2 year Tamron Australia warranty.

I often recommend this lens to people who are looking to replace their twin lens kit or those who are buying a new camera and are looking for a lens that is versatile and easy to travel with.

The Tamron AF 18-270mm f/3.5-6.3 Di-II VC LD PZD Lens is a great choice for travelers as it's focal length range often replaces and exceeds the range offered by traditional twin lens kits.

It comes with a built-in stabiliser (Tamron calls it VC) which helps to keep your images steady while zooming in on distant subjects. Fantastic for sport, wildlife and travel.
