The 45 x 60cm Scrim Flag Kit contains some of the lesser-known modifiers in imaging, though they have a maximum effect on a production's subtlety and nuance, especially in close-ups. They also provide the ability to selectively light larger areas.

The kit is comprised of five folding, compact, metal flag frames that accept sleeved fabric modifiers that are stretched into the 45 x 60cm shape when locked into place.

For use with the frames, the kit comes with a 1/2-stop Black Single Net, a 1-stop Black Double Net, and a Black Light Blocker. A 1-stop and a 2-stop Silk Diffuser are also included in this size.

Dots and Fingers are used to modify small areas of a subject or location. This kit includes a 1/2-stop 6" Single Black Net Dot and a 6" Black Light Blocker Dot. For more linear light modification, two 4 x 14" fingers, one 1/2-stop Single Black Net, and one Black Light Blocker are included. All of these scrims are mounted onto optional grip heads, articulated arms, or accessories made for that purpose. The included carry case has inner compartments and pockets made to keep the components of the kit organized and at the ready.

Portability

The Godox Scrim Flag Kit fits in a 84 x 24 x 8cm carry case, about 75% more space-efficient than separate components.

Construction

Constructed from durable steel, these three-sided collapsible frames have two arms that fold out from the centre bar and lock into place. In combination with the easily interchangeable fabric covers, these flag frames can be easily mounted onto any standard grip head. The collapsible frame allows for easy transport and storage.

Versatile

Each type of fabric scrim or screen blocks or diminishes light to a different degree. Having a variety of options at hand means you can fine-tune lighting easily in any situation or environment.

Block Light, Diffused Light, Reduce Light Intensity

Colour-coded for easy identification, each element of the kit blocks the light completely, softens it, or reduces it to a calibrated degree.

Dots and Fingers

Dots and fingers allow you to shape light on smaller objects or areas. They're ideal for tabletop shooting or in situations where larger fabrics are inconvenient.

Easy Storage

The removable fabric screens and scrims fold up for safe storage and travel inside the carry bag.

Carry Bag

The carry bag for the scrim kit protects your flags, frames, and scrims, and keeps everything organized and gathered together in one handy lightweight bag.
