• We use Australia Post (we have tried all the others and come back) to provide excellent door to door delivery to all major capitals and surrounding suburbs. A PO Box is of course welcome. Tracking information is emailed.
  • Each delivery is packed by our in-house origami expert to ensure your goods arrive on time and in A1 condition.

  • Each order is trackable, giving you peace of mind. For multiple orders being sent to the same person at the same address, we reserve the right to combine orders into a smaller number of shipments.

You can select Pick Up from our Gold Coast Store, Standard Shipping or Express Shipping at checkout. Standard can take up to 7 business days to arrive. Express is 1-2 business days.

Please note that Express Shipping starts from when we hand your order to the courier. If your order is awaiting stock, and you have chosen express shipping, we will send it via Express once the items have come into stock. 

Express delivery may take up to 2 business days to all major capitals and suburbs. More remote areas (WA/NT) take an extra 2-3 business days for delivery.
In Stock

In stock means that the product is in our warehouse on the Gold Coast and is ready to be shipped to you within 1-2 business days.
If for any reason the product is out of stock, we will contact you by either phone or email to notify you.

Partial Shipment

If part of your order is NOT in stock we will, by default, NOT dispatch your order until all products are in stock. If you would like us to partially deliver your order, please call us and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Where we deliver

Australia Wide!

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address or a P.O.Box for delivery. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however our carrier may be able to deliver to a local depot or post office where you can collect your products.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Customer Service Center to find out if we deliver to your location.


You will be provided with tracking details via email when your order is dispatched.

Acceptance of delivery

Deliveries must be signed for upon request, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Camerasdirect to be authorised to receive the products.

Unfortunately Camerasdirect and its carriers are unable to provide a pin-point time for delivery.

If you are unsure you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.

In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, CamerasDirect’s carrier will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office or Depot. Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery or attempted delivery of the product(s) by the CamerasDirect carrier to the specified delivery address or as otherwise instructed by the customer.

Delivery Problems

If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service Center. If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to CamerasDirect’s Returns Policy.

Did you know?

You can nominate a separate delivery address to your billing address, and have your order shipped directly to your work or business address.

Important: Nominate an address that you are sure someone will be available to receive your delivery. Responsibility for the package switches to you if there is no one there and the package is returned to the depot.
