Nikon D7500 Camera Body
Update 24th April 2018. We are currently running a SPOT DEAL on the D7500 which is by our checks the best price in Australia.
April 11th 2017, Nikon announces it's brand new Nikon D7500 DSLR. Price to be set once more information is available.
Nikon is upfront saying that the D7500 is a smaller lighter version of it's highly successful D500 considering both the video and still photo capabilities.
The Nikon D7500 has the small image processor and sensor as the D500. Tick. Both have a 20.9mp DX sensor. Both have up to 51000 ISO (crazy for many reasons) and improved auto focus especially for face recognition.
The Nikon D7500 has 4k video which you can output clean HDMI signal. The Nikon D7500 shares snapbridge compatibility with the D500 with both bluetooth and wi-fi support.
The Nikon D7500 has an improved autofocus speed over the D7200 with a shorter focus time. On top of that you can shoot 8fps and up to 50 raw files before the buffer will start to slow down.
Use the Nikon Wrr10 trigger with the Nikon D7500 and you can fire the Nikon SB-5000 up to 30 metres away.
NOW. This is THE BIGGEST ADVANCEMENT. You can now batch process RAW files in camera. Expect a lot more development of in camera processing software as time goes on.
The following is what Nikon has to say.
